QUALIFICATIONS

Our inspectors are Certified Professional Inspectors (CPI®) trained by InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. InterNACHI is the largest nonprofit organization for residential and commercial property inspectors, offering education, training, and certification to its members. About Us

Steve is a United States Air Force Veteran. During his tour of duty, he was a Plumbing Specialist and worked alongside other specialist such as electricians, carpenters, heating, ventilation and air conditioning experts.

 

For 25 years he has performed many maintenances and repairs on systems including, but not limited to plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, carpentry, swimming pools, ground wells and septic systems.

 

Steve now devotes himself to the world of home inspections, helping his clients receive the most accurate information they need to make an informed decision when making one of the most important and biggest purchases of their life. Job one for Steve is to protect and serve his clients during their homebuying process.

Steve is a Texas State licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector. License #22416 Steve also follows the Texas Real Estate Commission Inspectors Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
